Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your MINJOOKIM pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached.

• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Original packaging is preferred but not always required.

• Final-sale, discounted, or promotional items may be excluded from returns or exchanges (state clearly if applicable).

• Returns are accepted only from the country/region where the original order was placed.

How to Initiate a Return
