Shipping Policy

MINJOOKIM ships internationally. We currently serve Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, and other international destinations. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or collection launches, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time (estimated, from dispatch)

• Hong Kong: 1–3 business days

• Macau: 2–5 business days

• Singapore: 3–7 business days

• Malaysia: 4–8 business days

• Other international destinations: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to destination, weight, and dimensions. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (threshold to be set by you, e.g. HKD 1,000 or equivalent). Tracking
